No reimbur*****t for a double payment.

Used Ram courier services. on 05/08/2019 i paid for a parcel to be send to Springbok RL***. WHen i droped it off they said the payment does not reflect yet. The lady said she will come back to me. on the 07/08/2019 i have not heard anything and the parcel was due and i made another payment to send it. i Spoke to the office in PE and they said they will sort out the payment back to me. Today it still has not been done. RL*** was the second payment.
