No real customer care

This company certainly does not live up to expectation with regard to customer care .On can wait for 10 minutes or more to speak to an agent .Like most AI driven watsapp channels the options loop and on their website should you wish to make a compliant after filling in the form for the umteenth time it will tell you the captcha details are invalid..i work from an updated apple ipad !, The last thing is the profile of my parcel hasn't changed at all since collection. Even dialling ones local depot is no go ,youll be re routed to the 10 minute waiting list ..yet they fire people and install AI. no sense at all
