No professionalism whatsoever

I am appalled by the level of service at ram.

I made arrangements to receive my parcel today and also received a confirmatory sms from RAM and later a confirmatory call only to be called again a few minutes later that the delivery cannot be made because the driver is not authorised to go to my given address which RAM was fully aware off when they dispatched the said parcel. I was then informed that the drivers route is cut off at a nearby school which is literally 290 metres from my place. Need I mention that when I enquired from the RAM members my call was just cut off and nobody bothered to make a follow up call if the cut off was a communication error?? need I also mention that the 8minutes wasted on them justifying why they cannot deliver my parcel could have been used to drive to my place which is a walking distance?? RAM HAS NO REGARD TO THE INCONVINIECE CAUSED
