No Performance on delivery and bad Attitude

I was waiting for a parcel to be dispatched to me and should have reached my by no later than 18 Dec 2017. Come 18 December they did put a note on there system that there where no one at home and that I was not reachable on my cellphone: This is NOT TRUE. Both my parents are at home and the drivers didn't gave me a call. They have rescheduled it for the 19 Dec 2017, and still no parcel. It was then rescheduled again for the 20th Dec 2017. Come 20 Dec 2017 ram hand to hand curriers gave me a call telling me the parcel went in the wrong transportation of them. Instead of Moorreesburg it went to Kuilsriver.

This truly show low competency levels and lack of s****s. Pathetic and useless people.
