No Parcel delivered yet

Disappointed in RAM Was told that a parcel is to be delivered today between 10am & 11am today went to get copy my husband's ID just for them as they asked. He's been awake since he has gotten home from nightshift which was 9:30am and still no delivery of said parcel yet its now 16:18pm, he needs to go to work again for night shift tonight without having slept! What kind of service are you giving if this is how you mess people around. Always thought highly of RAM but now I'm highly disappointed.
