No Package, no answer

<p>I have taken a new contract with Vodacom and was told that RAM would deliver the device within 24-48 hours. I contacted the call centre to find out how gar the delivery is but no answer. The line keeps on dropping. Finally when i called back after 4 attempts, i was told that they would contact me before they deliver. I instructed them to call me on my number buy yet they call my daughters number. Firstly, where did they get my daughters number. Secondly, I am still waiting for my delivery?</p>
