No one at RAM cares about doing their job.

A package was meant to be delivered to my work address. I received the sms stating the day and I was ready to receive it. By 4pm I phoned in to ask if it was still going to happen and was told the delivery guy was around the corner and i should wait for a call. By 5 pm I phoned again and was told they could not get hold of the driver. While I was on the call the driver logged that I was not available at the address while I was standing by the front door! Due to lockdown I had to change the delivery address as I do not have a permit to travel to work anymore. I did this 5 times, but for some reason they still tried to deliver to my work address. It's been a week and there has been no further word. Can someone please sort this out? It is very clear that no one cares enough to do this job.
