No more RAM
One of the worst Couriers I have used in my business. Collection times are inconsistant no matter if you give them a time. They even arrive at 2015, sometimes under the influence.. They loose packages or get hijacked (which is not good for the poor drivers and in todays times something they cant help for), but you do not get any feed back from them unless you as the customer make an attempt to track your parcel you sent. Try tracking parcels and then you find that Parcels going to JBAY have a comment of Unable to deliver in PLZ.. JBAY is most certainly NOT PLZ. This week alone I had 7 orders that have had some seriuos issues (and no sorry you cannot insure a parcel with them).
