No intention to deliver

I called RAM couriers earlier this morning. They informed me that my parcel would be delivered between 14:00 and 16:30 this afternoon. Having patiently waited in my office the entire time until 17:00, I called RAM again to find out why delivery had not yet been made. <br> <br> After being put on hold 5 different times, I was told that the courier had been to my office at 15:00, but that \I was not available". I proceeded to explain (1) that I had been in my office the entire time"
