No insurance options offered on my now ****** carpet

Sold a expensive carpet on bobshop thats in partnership with RAM courier. Today buyer message me RAM bakke got highjacked and carpet ****** i have to refund. This bobshop don't want to refund me because no insurance taken. Not bobshop nor RAM offered any insurance options whatsoever. It's my right to be able to insure a parcel but that option taken from me. Will take this further. R5500 not small change
