No hope for RAM with such staff in their employ

RAM couriers staff is not interested in making our deliveries. I have had two Vodacom orders (K*** and K***) in as many weeks that failed to be delivered while I was at home - unbelievable, I know. I have been ordering items online for over 5 years now and not once have I had issues with deliveries. The incident I just had with the RAM courier today is by far my worst delivery experience of my life.

So I was called by the courier to confirm if I was home. I was then instructed to wait outside while the delivery guy made his way to my house because he was in the vicinity. On arrival the delivery guys sat in their airconditioned delivery van and did not bother to to get out. When I confronted them about their attitude they just drove off without making the delivery. They then had the nerve to lie in their report. They said I had decided I didn't want the order anymore.

Vodacom seriously needs to re-look at their relationship because at this rate I am not the only customer they are going to be losing.

I have no recommendations for RAM couriers they are a lost cause; well maybe to hire the pizza delivery guy around the corner to teach their staff professionalism.
