NO HONESTY NOR PROFESIONALISM

I've been waiting for a parcel since Wednesday. Today, I receive a call from the person who is supposed to deliver the parcel. I explain to him that I knock off at 13H00 and I was promised that I will receive the parcel before 12H00. It is 15H00 now and I haven't received my parcel, instead I receive a call from vodacom saying the courier people said they couldn't find me at the address I gave them. That was pure lies. I was at the office the whole day. Now that they know that they ****, they claim they brought the wrong parcel that is why they didnt even bother to come to the address. Later, the courier (driver- Tshego) calls and tells me it is vodacom's fault to give them the wrong package. I do not understand who is trying to fool who here. We all want to go home early because it is Friday but please deliver what you are supposed to deliver in the day. I sensed this in the morning that they don't want to come because I was asked how about them delivering on monday because they have a long list of deliveries.
