NO HAND TO HAND DELIVERY!!!!

Pathetic!! I ordered a unit from VODACOM on the 17th of April. Tracked the unit until the 29th of April and when I phoned to query, I was told they can't get hold of me. Total BS!!!! Made arrangements for delivery at my residence between 8-9 this morning with call centre and took a half days leave at the office. When I phoned to ask where they are, I was told they will only deliver on Thursday. I told them this is unacceptable as I am leaving for Knysna in the morning and need this Parcel urgently. They told me they will arrange delivery definitely today and will phone me an hour in advance to make sure I am and home as I stay 50 minutes from work. Again nothing happened. I am beyond disgusted. Every agent is a ****. No one can give you an honest answer.
