No Feedback on Delivery or Collection Option

My order was out for Delivery on 12 July 2021. Today the 22 July 2021 I called to follow up and was advised my area was unsafe and my package was back at the warehouse. I then enquired as to why was I not notified and was told that it was a management decision and that there is no indication as to when my area would be receiving deliveries again. I then enquired if there was any other alternative, a pickup point, or other means of obtaining my package and the answer was no. How am I supposed to obtain my package that has been dispatched on the 6th July that I desperately need Ram? This is not the first time that I have had issues with your services. I will definitely not be using Vodacom in conjunction with Ram in the future.
