no dilivery on agreed date
MY mind boggles that an company tells so much lies my parcel that travelled all the from USA gets stuck in with RAM office in GEORGE for 5 days I live an hour away, the rudeness from and long waits holding for customer service the contract says latest Friday and was assured Thursday and Friday parcel was with the diver and would be delivered.... after waiting all day I call again only to be told Monday ... there is no service no public relation and the company makes false promises ... terrible service
