No delivery/late delivery

So I had a parcel which was supposed to be delivered before today as it is a birthday gift to my mother as they were specifically told it has to arrive before Saturday 27April'19.Yesterday around 08:08 Am got a message my parcel is on the way but it never arrived. I tracked the parcel only to find "non delivered" they didn't even bother calling telling me why now my siblings are giving out their gift here I am looking like a fool.I called them only for them to play me music for 20+minutes.

You guys don't keep a promise I mean I waited to be informed if you can deliver tonight or tomorrow but No it's way past promised time.I can't wait for non coming phones any longer I think the best way is to call vodacom shop and cancel everything I've been waiting for 7days ? and the birthday has passed I thought you'll be here today but I'm still waiting. RAM please take us serious
