No delivery without notification
Honestly speaking i think I am being targeted by RAM as this is like the 100th time am not receiving my parcel. I called at 4pm to check how far they were with my parcel, after an unsuccessful delivery on Friday, only for them to promise delivery by 4:30, guess what, the courier/driver decided to update the website an non delivery at 4:25. and i only saw that at 4:52. when i called the sales lady by the name Sivu said the driver assumed that he would never make it tome in time, wow RAM, this is the worst service ever from you
