no delivery (twice) with no attempt to contact

I have been tracking https://www.ram.co.za/Track/RL*** since Friday 24.

Finally on Wednesday 29 June it was due to be delivered frokm polokwane. I ensured that at all stage someone would be able to receive the parcel . Parcel returned without being delivered. No messages, missed calls, nothing.

contacted them via their website. response back in working hours that the person would follow up and ensure that it is being delivered, and the same doesnt happen.

the process repeats itself - always someone at home, no missed calls or phone calls. No delivery either.

I guess polokwane to phalaborwa is 3 hours per courier truck - so the parcel has been unnesarily subjected to 12 hours minimum traveling via courier truck, without it being delivered.
