No delivery - RAM

RAM service so disappointing. I ordered the RAIN simcard online as I've been working from home under the current conditions. I waited and followed up on my parcel and was not even given accurate information by the agent that answered the call. She told me my item would be delivered the following day of the phone call but it never arrived. The day the delivery was attempted i received an sms stating this but my delivery never arrived. When i tracked the parcel online i saw that it was not delivered due to incorrect address. This is absolutely appalling as i had entered correct information including my phone number, which was not even contacted to find out where the address was. This has inconvenienced me especially with my work. Very unhappy customer.
