No delivery or Communication!

I have been awaiting an online order, the delivery was scheduled and it never arrived. It has been 4 days since the scheduled date and no communication from the courier. After checking the tracking I discovered the truck was hijacked hence my delivery didn’t arrive after already waiting for nearly 10 days. No one has contacted me from the courier to inform me! Firstly, all parcels are tracked so I am not sure why I wasn’t informed but it’s unacceptable that a courier company cannot actually courier an order especially when it’s been paid for!
