NO DELIVERY ON PROMISED DAY
On 15 October I arranged and paid for collection in Monument Park Pretoria by 17:00 on 15/10 and delivery on 16/10 at 17:00 in Musina. The parcel has only been collected today. Now they tell me delivery will only take place on Monday. If I wanted the parcel only on Monday, I would have selected that option. I want a refund. Don't use this courier company, they don't deliver on their promises.

My sincere apologies as someone should have explained to you that outlying areas can not be guaranteed us next day. We have cut of times on linehauls and if the cargo from PTA doesn't want it on time to connect the Pieterburg linehaul it will not go out.
A refund will be processed and your package was returned.
