No delivery on given day

I ordered a phone on vodacam a week ago that was confirmed on Thursday morning(25/01/18). On Friday (26/01/18)I phoned RAM to find out when delivery would be, and they said that it will be on Monday(29/01/18) as they don't do deliveries on weekend, which is no problem. After waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered, I decided to give them a call to see what is happening. The lady told me that the delivery will only be on Tuesday (30/01/2018) because apparently the area staff arrived late and all kinds of things. That is actualy not my problem is it ? Why tell people it will be delivered on a certain day and not keep up to that ? I am not happy at all with this service. My parcel is very important, and now I must wait another day, that is just bull&@%^$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother, its not like I will get my parcel today, since its already to late for that. Lets just hope I will get it tomorrow, otherwise they can take it back and solve it out themselves. Just so annoying that you get told that you will get your parcel on a given day, then wait the whole day for nothing and then get said no it will only be tomorrow.....
