No delivery of Parcel
On Friday the 6th of October a parcel was supposed to be delivered at my place. So get a call that I’m not at home and I’m not answering my phone. Was at home the whole day wait f for the parcel, Checked my camera at the gate, no Ram car came. I got told that it was going to be delivered today. Just called to follow up and I’m told that Ram does. It service my area today. Mind you this parcel was supposed to go to Swaziland over the weekend. I was previously ****med by Ram and had to open a call with Vodacom after a cellphone was “supposedly delivered”. I see the same thing happening here🤞🏽 I hate working with this company
