No delivery of my gadget

Extremely disappointed by Ram. My wife's phone was supposed to come today and it's a gift as her birthday is on Thursday. Somehow somewhere they got the wrong address and phone numbers and when I track I see they said could not find the person to receive the delivery. This is diss painting I gave the exact address which is 13 Berman Street Peerless Park East, Peerless Park village Flats and the correct phone numbers how could they fail such a simple thing. The worse part is I can't even get hold of the company to rectify their error. Utterly disappointed!!
