No delivery of Item

This is a company with workers that have 0 understanding of customer service. I ordered from RAIN and the package was to be delivered via Ram. The log read that nobody was available which is ******* as there were 4 people at home. Phoning on day 2 resulted in still no delivery or updates on the tracking. Day 3 still no update and phoning as I require my delivery. I am willing to go and collect from their depot. Now the answer is that they do not allow that and they can only deliver on Monday. This means that I am paying for a service that I am not getting due to the inability of Ram to deliver. The worst of all is that the only number that their us will bring you to person is way down the food chain. Ram your service sucks.
