No delivery No updates

My order was handed to RAM on the 5th of december and should been delivered on the same day but kept on being assigned to different drivers multiples times in a day for days and on the 9th was the last update on the tracker. Today's the 11th and their calls just keep ringing. This is a fly by night **** logistics company avoid them at all costs!!
