No delivery "No news , No feedback , No service"!!

So still no delivery!!!! Vodacom gave the go ahead for the Third party collection but on your system it is outstanding for more than 5 days? Phoned Vodacom and they keep on telling me that the info is all ready send to RAM and can prove it. Phoned again today and again still the same story. RAM is basically saying Vodacom is lying??? I will call Vodacom again today.
