No Delivery No customer service

Ordered a LTE router from Afrihost with no deliver . Was ordered to contact the couriers NO Answer after calls for 3 days on many many occasions . Only to later be told that my order is now cancelled . Afrihost claims that courier company tried to call me 3 times . At 6:30 am . Which is complete nonsense as no phone calls were ever made to me . As well as my office has a secretary that is onsite from 8-6 pm and no courier company arrived . Worst customer service from courier company and afrihost a like as all previous complaints reveal the same issue and both parties trying to cover their behinds by over promising on the deal and grossly undelivering . Will not be using this courier company for any further business in my private or working capacity
