No delivery, no communication.

I have been expecting my parcel to be delivered on Friday, today it's Monday I still don't have the parcel. No communication, nothing. When I tracked my parcel on Saturday Morning, it had a Failed Notification. Why did it fail, no explanation. I called their customer service on Saturday and I was told the delivery person ran out of time and the parcel had to go back to the warehouse. I explained to the lady from the call centre that I need that parcel, she said it will be dispatched on Saturday and delivered. Today it's Monday, I am still waiting for my parcel. No communication, nothing. Their WhatsApp option is so useless because you can't ask nor respond to anything outside their option. I am so frustrated. I had to make other plans for Saturday because RAM decided to keep my parcel without communicating with me. And we make purchases in time to avoid such but this courier company decides otherwise
