No delivery no communication
I sent a parcel on Monday 3rd February 2025 for a birthday delivery on the 5th February 2025, the parcel has not arrived till this date 6th February 2025. RAM has not attempted to deliver the parcel nor call the recipient. I am extremely disappointed by RAM.
