No delivery - *********** *****

I was supposed to get a package fom VOX on the 29th May between 9am and 5pm. No delivery and no contact was made by RAM. When i made a follow up I was told they arrived and couldnt get hold of me. Which is a lie.

I made arrangements for my package to be deleivered on the 30th May before 4pm. Around 12 they say there is no time to deliver. They lie and say they called and couldnt get hold of me. Which is another lie.

I dont know why they are still in business because they are ***********.
