No delivery from RAM

I was informed that my parcel will be out for delivery. Then, they did not deliver since there was nobody at home, which is nonsense since the security guard and my security cameras confirmed. The next day it was out for delivery and yet no delivery took place. We are now in the third day. I phoned to ask to talk to someone senior and they put me on hold until I stop the call. The same thing happened on their website. How is that for service?
