No Delivery

I received a call on Tuesday 15/09/2019 confirming the delivery of my sim card the following day which is today. I cancelled all my plans to wait for delivery which never happened.

I called to ask what is happening and after three attempts I was told the guys cam but they left. I asked why did they not call as that's the process, you arrive at the house and call for collection the guy told me that he doesn't know why they did not call.

I have left all the things I do on normal bases just to wait for people who did not pitch and did not even bother to call and tell me where they are and they are lying on the report as I reviewed the tracker from their website they mentioned that "Client was not reachable".

My phone was on the whole day and I did not receive any missed call from their number. Ram must put their people to order and not use people who are not honest as it affects other people business.

I wanted to cancel the order but then I saw no point of it as it was Ram who is wrong and not Rain who is a supplier.

This is not acceptable.
