no delivery , empty promises

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Ram is an *********** company full of ***** , they lack the sense of responsibility. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been waiting for my parcel since this morning ,I called to let them know that I will be knocking off at 3pm but I do not mind waiting since the promised me that delivery is already on the way. the time now is 18h00 and am still waiting. I have been calling them since 2pm and was told to wait, then at around 16:15 one of their rude consultants called me to tell me that the driver is getting lost, just as I was about to give her directions she told me to call them back and hung up. Ofcourse when I called I could not get through to who called me. and I had to call them again to find out what happening , the consultant told me that the driver said he came but I was not available which is a LIE, because I have been sitting at reception since 15;00 facing the gate and no one came. I was then put through to a lady called Babalwa whom I was told was the manager or supervisor she was also useless, I demanded the driver to come back because I was told the drive is already out of my area he cant come back. I told her am not leaving until he comes back. she told me the was a misunderstanding because according to what she can see on her side the driver never came , because he could not find the place .so I don't know which to believe. and then she told me the driver will not come back, I will only get the parcel in the morning. and she had the audacity to put the blame on Digital Planet whom my parcel was through them. I told her digital planet has also been trying to get hold of them and no feedback was given to them.

I would not advice anyone to do business with these irresponsible amateurs.
