No Delivery due to lies

On the 03/02/2015 i was suppose to receive my new phone from RAM, they did come out to my work place. However they never called me to inform me that their on their way to me. On their arrival at my work place, they asked a security guard to call my office using our phone at my work place, by that time i went out to the bath room having my phone. After two hours security guard called me and told me RAM was looking for me, in response to him i said they never called me. On the 10/02/2015 RAM informed Vodacom that they cannot get hold of me as they called me and i am not available, my phone was in good working condition as always and i never received any call from RAM on that day. They then took my parcel back to Vodacom, and i then drove to Vodacom myself to reapply again as that one was cancelled by Vodacom. I drove to Vodacom to collect my parcel after a week, and i suffered and waisted a lot of time waiting for a call from RAM which has never happened. Going forward RAM must investigate this and give feedback. Lastly they must really apologise for their lies as they said they called me and they did not.
