No Delivery date or delivery attempt made on package since end of November

I have been waiting for a parcel ordered end of November and it has been 7 days with 0 attempts to deliver it.

The problem is that I need to travel soon and If the parcel is not delivered by Friday 13th of December, the next time Im coming back is in February 2025, therefore if there is no plan to deliver it before that can I arrange to collect it from your depot instead
