No delivery

As you all can see this company is very *********** I was sent a massage this morning (10:46am)to tell me I must expect my delivery today. I decided not to even take a pee break let alone lunch break to avoid missing the delivery because i know how finicky they can be. I kept on refreshing their delivery page because my phone was on charge and was only made aware 30minutes later that they tried calling me(through the website). I sit right next to the glass doors, i see every delivery there is, that comes through here and they didn't come. Website says they tried delivery at 13:34 my phone has one missed call at 14:14. I have never had any other problem with delivery before to my company. I then straight away called ram (at 14:424) to query this update and they (Molebogeng-consultant I spoke to) said they will check and see where the driver is and get back to me. At 16:00 I decided to call RAM again and spoke to Brandon to follow up on what i spoke to Molebogeng about and was told that they can only do the delivery tomorrow which confused me 1 why was i not called back as promised (which is also a professional move) 2 I specifically told Molebogeng that the reason i have opted not to even take a pee break is because i am going away tomorrow and therefore will not be available. Look unfortunately because i ordered this product via Vodacom I will have to take it up with them and cancel the contract because i hate incompetence but i as a company would never use ram
