NO DELIVERY

On 18/06/2020 I received an SMS that my parcel will be delivered on that that. I then arranged with my place of employment to stay at home for the day. The parcel was however not delivered. At around 16:51 I received a cal from RAM telling me that they could not deliver and will be delivering the next day. I made the arrangement as per the ladies request and took yet another leave day from work, It is now 17:26, no delivery was made.!!! I tracked the parcel on the website and noted that it says it was non-delivery. Why did the driver not call me??? I took 2 days leave already!! The driver does not even bother to call me!!! I even received an SMS from FNB telling me I will be liable for the delivery fees due to non delivery!! The driver is useless in not calling me!! I cannot take another day of leave therefore either cancel the item or deliver after 4 or on a Saturday as I went out of my way, FOR 2 DAYS!!, to receive this parcel, yet NO communication
