No Delivery Attempt

Yesterday Morning i received and SMS saying 2019-03-11 07:29:42 AM Outgoing SMS - Consignment has been dispatched for delivery attempt.

I waited until 16:00 and decided to contact the service desk and to my surprise the lady kindly informed me that on 2019-03-11 04:04:06 PM RAMMobile NonDelivery - . i asked what this might mean and she responded the Driver could not deliver or could not reach me, i explained to Her that i received no call and that the entire office Park security has been advised that i will be receiving a delivery from Ram Couriers she then advised she will send an email and the call was terminated.

I waited until 17:00 and decided to go home, when i arrived i checked the waybill number and it was updated:

2019-03-11 05:36:17 PM Outgoing Call - Non-Delivery Validation - CLIENT NOT AVAILABLE AT THE ADDRESS NO CONTACT NUMBERS TO ARRANGE.

2019-03-11 06:09:09 PM UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Isando, Johannesburg - Unavailable Business - Contact Not Available.

Yet i have not received a call of any sort, how can you go and say the business address is Unavailable when hundreds of deliveries are being made on a weekly bases, how can you say Contact is not available when you did not even attempt to reach the Contact, and if they have the wrong number how is it that i received the SMS but now suddenly im unreachable, besides that the Security would have alerted me if there was someone here to deliver.

What is going to happen about my urgent delivery, Very disappointing ?
