No delivery and rude driver

Received a message on 03/02/2021 stating my parcel will be delivered on that day. Next thing its saying delivery faild no one was home when I was home all day. Called the call centre and was told driver ran out of time and will deliver the next day which was Friday same thing happened. Driver called and said he will deliver it today and still nothing. When I called the driver another RUDE person answered the phone and said they dont have my package and dropped the phone in my ear. I am very disgusted with the service received and I still dont jave my package and it is very important to me. 😠😠 My whole airtime got finished trying to get help. This is my first and last dealing with RAM honestly!!!
