no delivery and poor service.
Waybill BOBRPX7JK was dispatched to a customer and has been showing out for delivery for over a week now, they say failed delivery attempt however no contact was made nor did anyone even come to the property to even attempt delivery. I have tried getting support from Vhulondo and Preshani with no joy just empty promises that it will be delivered. We do a lot of business with ram and its so sad to receive such poor service, i have also escalated this matter with bobshop.
