No delivery and lies

terrible, waited for a parcel the entire day yesterday after I received and sms that the delivery is out. no one called the entire day. I logged onto the website and see that the parcel was returned back to depo undelivered. today morning again I get an sms to expect delivery. still waiting at 12 I decide to call the call centre. they tell me that the reason it was not delivered yesterday was that I was unavailable. what lies. firstly I was not called ever and 2. I waited until 05:30( they emailed they deliver between 08:00 and 05:00). I was told I may get my delivery today. Im not sure if Ram believes our lives revolve around their deliveries.
