No Delivery and incorrect update!

Waiting for an order that shows as dispatched yesterday. The driver called me yesterday to say he will be here in 10 minutes but never arrived. Today I called Ram and advised that the order will only be delivered on Monday. As per the agent I spoke with the order was returned due to a bad address and invalid contact number. How was my order delivered last month to the same address and how did the driver call me successfully yesterday? The call center agent advised that I could track it on the website but no information came up. Please could I be contacted by a manager as I need this order urgently!
