No delivery and constant use of the wrong number!!

So I have been having an issue with RAM Hand to hand courier service for the past week. They supposed to deliver last week, but each they call the wrong number. I used them before and they were very efficient, but somehow they got this wrong. I called 4 times already to sort this issue out and everytime they say they going to update my contact details and get someone to call me... no one ever calls and somehow when i check the tracking order online it shows they tried calling me the whole time. Everyday. Each time i call them they said that they using an 082 number to contact me. They use this number to call me even when i have updated my contact 3 times. Seriously? How is it even possible that they got the number wrong in the first place when i never changed contact details.

Someone needs to fix this ASAP because its been over a week now and still cant get my product. Whats worse is that i cant even contact the CPT branch. Everytime i end up in the JHB branch so how the hell am i supposed to get my stuff?

Come on RAM couriers. Please just fix this issue ASAP because this is really pathetic. Ill change my review dependent on how quickly this gets fixed.
