No delivery after three days of waiting

I have been waiting for THREE DAYS for RAM to deliver my package. I've phoned the call center countless times. I am promised each time that it will be delivered by 5pm, and every day I wait here for the delivery but the driver never arrives.

I am losing money because I cannot go out to see my customers.

After all my complaints nobody contacts me. All I want is for my package to be delivered to me. You can't expect people to wait around - if you promise delivery by a certain date or time then you should make sure it happens. Your entire business is literally delivering packages and you cannot get it right!

To be honest I have never experienced such PATHETIC services before in South Africa. RAM couriers are simply the WORST.
