No delivery after phone calls and promises

Ram advised me that I my package is on its way, I stayed at home to wait for them, they did not arrive and received a email that they tried to deliver but nobody was home. Day 2 I received a SMS and email that my package are on its way and yet again I stayed home, at 15:00 ram phoned me and put me through to the driver whom needed directions, he promised that he would deliver shortly. At about 18:00 I had to phone again and ram promised that I would receive my package between 19:00 and 19:30. At 20:30 I phoned ram again to find out what was happening they said that they would return my call. At about 21:00 ram phoned to inform me that they had a flat tyre and was traveling from Margate back to Durban to fix the problem. Last night i received another email informing me that ram tried to deliver but nobody was home. Hopefully I will receive my package after the third attempt. One thing is for sure I will not be using Ram as a service provider in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone
