NO Delivery
RAM Bloemfontein the baddest courier service I ever came upon. Wait for 3 days for a parcel. Litterally stand and wait but no RAM show up Only news I get from them is that they accused me that I am not at home so they can deliver the parcel. When they see that I got camera footage that show no RAM vehicle they accused me 9f not answering my phone when I tell them they did not phone me as my phone is with me every second while * stand waiting then they say they did not get my home. Meanwhile I wait and wait leave my work and things to do behind to be on point when they arrive It is sleeping time and still no RAM and no parcel after 3 days waiting from the morning till the evening

I am very impressed with them. The same days your driver said he cannot get hold of me and cannot get my place I received parcels with the named couriers without any problems
1 Driver say I am not at home
2 Driver say I did not answer my phone
3 Driver say he cannot find my place
For every enquiry I got another answer and in the meantime I sat at home waiting for a call from RAM and still waiting
