No delivery
I received a confirmation sms that my xbox and kinect would be delivered on Monday. As per my research you are the courier company used by Digital Planet. I was told by Digital Planet that i would have everything delivered by 3pm today. After countless phone calls , I did not receive anything. I received messages today as well that the parcel is on route. Called at 4, at 3... promises made that even if the driver was delayed I would receive my parcel. Truly ridiculous. The driver can't even make a phone call to let us know what is going on. This is not how a business is run
