No Delivery

<p>Received the SMS that the parcel would be deliverd today, phoned them at 14:30 to ask what time to expect them as I leave work at 15:00 and need to sign and give a copy of my ID. At 15:00 we received a phone call from the driver to say they will be there before 15:30, still no delivery at 17:00. at 17:15 received a phone call from my company themselves asking if I was still there as they arrived, they did not phone to say they are running late or to reschedule the deilvery so I waited there for nothing and lost my ride home and had to make other arrangements, checked the status now on the system and these are the entries made: 1. RAMMobile NonDelivery , 2. Outgoing Call - No Delivery Attempt - INCOMPLETE ADDRESS THE IS NO DEPARTMENT PROVIDED, PHONE RINGS TO DISCONNECT, CALLED ********** ##:##. (The phone rang once!) 3. UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Isando, Johannesburg - Unavailable Business - Contact Not Available. There was a contact and they were at the correct address. If you say you deliver at a certain time then keep to it and if not let me know at least! PLEASE have this delivered BEFORE 15:00. Tracking number FNB429083</p>
