NO DELIVERY
<p>RAM COURIERS JUST ARRIVED TO DELIVER MY TABLETS BUT THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE ID COPY I WANTED TO GIVE THEM THEY TOOK BACK MY TABLETS TILL I CAN GIVE THEM A PROPER ONE AFTER STRUGGLING WITH VODACOM TO GET THIS DELIVERED ITS RAM AGAINTHE DRIVER'S NAME WAS FREDDIE NUMBER PLATE FL41LS GP</p>

Thank you for bring this matter to our attention,
Please note that in order for RAM to make delivery of your parcel we do need a clear copy of your ID, this then will need to be confirmed to the actual ID. If the copy is not clear we can not make delivery as this needs to be sent back to Vodacom for Rica purposes.

RAM Refuses to deliver parcel after requesting the courier to come back tomorrow for a clear ID Copy and to deliver my parcel i was informed by Aldo i must have a tracking number which Vodacom did not supply but how on earth did the courier arrive here without a tracking waybill number ? I will now contact Beeld as i'm getting no response
